Adolescence can be a difficult time for young people. It is a time of changes and transitions. 20% of teenagers may experience a mental health problem in any given year. 75% of mental health issues before a young person reaches their 18th birthday.  It is a vitally important time to support young people. 

Counselling offers the young person a safe space to discuss whatever is upsetting them. Early intervention affords the young person the chance to overcome their distress before it grows.  Counselling can help with anxiety, depression, self harm, sexuality, low self esteem, and anger. 

A combination of talk therapy and creative mediums can facilitate the young persons self expression. It is their time to be listened to and not judged.
